Fix these first

  1. Add a WhatsApp button to every listing, locality and project page. How
  2. Make the WhatsApp message name the home, so you know what the buyer means. How
  3. Make your phone number tap-to-call on a phone. How
  4. Cut the form down to name, phone and what they're looking for. How
  5. Send each enquiry straight to a person who replies within minutes. How

A checklist, not an audit: it counts only what you ticked.

How the checklist works

In short

Tick what's true today. The fixes start with enquiries, because a buyer who can't reach you is lost.

01

Tick what's true

Open your site on your phone and go down the list. Only tick what it does today, on every page it should.

02

Read the groups

Each group shows how much of it you've ticked. A short bar is where your site is thin.

03

Fix in order

The fix list starts with enquiries, then trust and the RERA lines, then pages, Google, the phone and tracking. Each fix links the guide.

Every fix is explained in the guide: Real estate website for agents

What each group checks

Six groups, in the order a buyer meets them. Enquiries come first.

Enquiries

Can a buyer reach you from any page?: A WhatsApp button that names the home, a number to tap, a short form, and a fast reply.

Trust

Would a buyer believe you're real?: Your RERA agent number, each project's RERA lines, real photos, your office and your team.

Pages

Does every home and place have its own page?: A page per listing, per locality you work in and per project you sell, with the price or "price on request".

Google

Can a buyer find those pages?: Titles that say the search, a Google Business Profile that matches the site, and no sold homes left up.

Phone

Does it work in a buyer's hand?: The best photo first, pages that open fast on mobile data, and a share preview on WhatsApp.

Tracking

Do you know what brought each enquiry?: The page, the source and the campaign recorded with every enquiry, in one list with an owner.

Questions about the checklist

What should a real estate website have?
A page for every listing, locality and project; a WhatsApp button, a number to tap and a short form on every page; your RERA agent number and each project's RERA lines; real photos; fast pages on a phone; and a record of where each enquiry came from.
Is this an audit of my website?
No. It counts only what you tick. Open your site on your phone and check each item honestly; if you're not sure, leave it unticked.
Why does the fix list start with enquiries?
Because every other fix brings buyers to your site, and none of it helps if they can't reach you once they're there.
Does it work for a channel partner's project site?
Yes. Tick the project items for each launch you sell; the listing and locality items apply if you also sell resale or rentals.
Is anything I tick sent or saved?
No. It runs in your browser. Nothing is sent or stored, so your ticks are gone when you close the page.
