Marketing and software for real estate developers, from registration to possession

The short answer

Everything a project needs online, built before its RERA registration and switched on the day the number arrives: a site for the project, a 3D master plan buyers explore, a launch film with ads we run, and one list for every enquiry. Then updates that keep buyers sure until you hand over the keys.

Get found, then show it

Two jobs, two products. One gets buyers to the project; the other lets them walk it before they visit.

A project's life

What each stage needs, and what we build for it

Nothing goes public before the RERA number, and everything is ready the day it arrives. Each piece is marked with what runs today.

  1. Approvals, before registration

We build it all, and keep it private

Nothing about the project is public

The site, the 3D master plan, the film and the ads are made and checked against your plan. Only your company's own brand can be public now.

  2. Registration day

    Everything switches on together

Live the day the number arrives

The site, the 3D plan and the first ads go live at once, each carrying the number and the authority's website. Phase by phase, if you build in phases.

  3. Launch

Ads that land on a page built for them

Google and Meta ads we run, each landing on a page for one unit type. A film and every ad size, for you and for each channel partner.

What your channel partners get

Partners sell much of a launch. Give them material they can use, with their own registration on it.

Keep your agency, your CRM and the portals

We don't replace what already works. We build the pieces it doesn't cover.

What we won't do

Put a project online before its RERA number: Not a page, a teaser, an ad or an enquiry form.

Show what your plan doesn't: No invented amenity, view or location, with or without a label.

Print drive times: Distances along the road, in every state.

Promise rankings or bookings: Google, the ad platforms and your buyers decide those. You see what we built and what we ran.

Invent results or clients: No figure without a source. Demos and samples say so.

Lock you in: The site, the domain, the 3D model and the films are yours.

Questions developers ask

How should a real estate developer market a new project, from pre-launch to possession?
Start the day the project is RERA-registered, with everything built: a project site and a landing page per unit type, each carrying the registration number. Let buyers explore the master plan in 3D before they visit. Run Google and Meta ads into those pages, give every enquiry an owner and a visit date, and keep booked buyers updated until possession.
Can the project site go live before RERA registration?
No. The law treats any public mention of a project as an advertisement, and nothing may be advertised before registration, phase by phase. We build the site, the 3D master plan, the film and the ads beforehand, keep them behind a login, for your team only, and switch them on the day your number is issued. Until then, only your company's own brand is public.
Do we need all of this for one launch?
No. One project usually needs four pieces: its own site, the 3D master plan, a launch film with its ad set, and one list for enquiries. A large project in phases adds a switch-on per phase, milestone films, partner versions and, built to order, inventory and payment schedules. Your written plan says which pieces come first.
We already have an agency. Where do you fit?
Keep them. We build what agencies rarely build: a project site written for the project's name and for AI answers, the 3D master plan, and the film with every ad size. Your agency can run ads to pages we build, or we run them. Either way, the site, the domain and the 3D model are yours.
We have a sales CRM. Do we need yours?
Probably not. If your team already works well in a CRM, keep it; we build the pages and the 3D plan alongside it. If enquiries live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, we build, to order, one list shaped to how you sell: every enquiry with an owner, a visit date and a reason when it's a no.
What do our channel partners get?
Their own version of the launch film and ads, carrying their RERA agent number beside the project's. Built to order: a sign-up for partners, approved material per project, and enquiries credited to the partner who registered the buyer first. A partner can also have their own new-launch site, like the sample on this page.
Do you use AI images, and how are they labelled?
Your architect's renders come first. Where we fill a gap with an AI-made scene, it is labelled where the buyer sees it, and you can add labels but not remove ours. We never show an amenity, a view or a location your approved plan doesn't have, labelled or not.
What can we see that you've built?
Open the Belvedere 3D master plan on your phone: a real Bengaluru project we rebuilt from its public data, as a demo. The project-site and enquiry screens here are designs we build to order, and the films and ads are samples on invented projects. Each is marked, so you know what runs today.
