A 3D virtual tour of your project, flown on a phone before it's built

The short answer

It's your sanctioned master plan in 3D. Buyers fly the site, tap each place to see what it is, and find the RERA number on it, all labelled as a visualisation. Your team sends it as a link before the visit and opens it on the screen at the sales office.

Questions developers ask

How can a builder show an under-construction project to buyers before it's built?
There's nothing to photograph yet, so a 360 tour can't show it, and a walkthrough film plays one route. Build a 3D master plan from the sanctioned plan: buyers fly the site and tap each place, on their phone or at the sales office. Label it as a visualisation, and put the RERA number on it.
Is it a 360 tour or a walkthrough video?
Neither. A 360 tour photographs rooms that exist, so it needs a finished home. A walkthrough video plays one route for everyone; here the buyer drives, or plays a tour. Keep your film: it can play on the pins.
What is an interactive master plan?
For a housing project, the master plan made usable: tap a place and it says what it is. Some are the plan picture with tappable spots, some a 3D model you turn. Ours is 3D you fly, built from the sanctioned plan.
Will it run on a buyer's phone, and on our office screen?
It's built for phones: light to open, lighter on a phone, tours first. It needs a recent phone browser; no app or headset. We test each build on a phone, not on every phone, so your written plan names the phones and screen we test yours on.
Our project has phases. What does the 3D plan show?
The registered phase in full, plus the whole site's land area and layout as filed. Later phases only as an unlabelled outline: no names, home counts, pins or pictures. Our demo shows a developer's whole published plan; your build follows your registration.
Can buyers see it before our RERA registration?
No. We build it behind a login, for your team only: no public link, not even an unlisted one, and no preview at the sales office. It goes live the day the number arrives.
What do you need from us, and how long does it take?
The sanctioned layout, floor counts, your renders and the legend; unit plans for the floor-plan explorer. Your written plan carries the timeline. Our own demo took a week; that's history, not a promise.
Who owns it, and who keeps it up to date?
You do. We host it at a link you control; the model, its pictures and the built files are yours, and if you leave we hand them over. We update it when your registered plan changes.

A launch gets one first minute. Let them fly the plan.
