For channel partners

Channel partners in real estate: sell every project from your own site

The short answer

A channel partner is a broker empanelled by a builder to sell its projects. To sell well online, you need to be found for each project and its locality, by buyers searching and by AI answers, and to keep a record of every buyer you register with the builder.

How buyers find a channel partner

The builder's own site usually wins its project's name. The searches around the project are yours to win.

The locality

New launches in the area they want to live in.: A page for each locality you sell in, listing every project there that you're empanelled for.

The configuration

The home they want, in the place they want it.: Pages for each type of home, by area, written in the words buyers type.

The comparison

Two projects side by side, or one project against its area.: Pages that compare honestly, with each project's registration details beside it.

The stage

Pre-launch, under construction or ready to move in.: Stage pages that stay current as each project moves towards possession.

AI answers

A buyer asks an assistant which projects suit a family.: Clear pages with short answers and facts kept current are the ones these answers quote.

The rules every page keeps

A channel partner sells a builder's project. These rules keep you and the builder on the right side of RERA.

  1. Nothing online before registrationNot a page, not a teaser, not an enquiry form, until the project's RERA number is issued.
  2. Both numbers on every pageThe project's RERA number and the authority's website, with your agent number beside them.
  3. Only the builder's approved materialRenders, plans and claims come from the builder, labelled as they label them.
  4. Distances, not drive timesHow far, in kilometres. Never a promise of how long the drive takes.
  5. Every enquiry tagged by projectSo you know which project each buyer asked about, and can show it.

Forwards and listings, or your own site?

Keep the listings and the forwards. Your own site is the part that keeps working after the launch.

Questions channel partners ask

What is a channel partner in real estate?
A broker or firm empanelled by a builder to sell its projects, paid a commission on each booking they bring. A channel partner works with several builders at once, so their buyers can compare projects across them.
Can I show a builder's project on my own site?
Yes, once the project is registered under RERA and with the builder's approved material. The page carries the project's RERA number and the authority's website, with your agent number beside them. We don't put a project online before its registration.
Do I need a separate site for every project?
No. A project you sell on your own, or a large launch, can have its own site. For everything else, one new-launch site carries every project you're empanelled for, with locality and stage pages that list each one.
Will my site rank for the project's name?
Usually not above the builder's own site, and you don't need it to. You win the searches around the project: the locality, the type of home, the stage and the comparisons buyers make.
How do I keep proof of the buyers I registered?
Every enquiry on a site we build arrives with the project and the time. A CRM built to order keeps each buyer against the builder and project you registered them with, and records the site visits and the booking.
What happens to the pages after a project sells out?
They stay up, marked sold out, and point buyers to your next registered project in that locality. The locality and stage pages keep working for whatever you sell next.
