- How much does real estate SEO cost?
- It is billed monthly, plus GST, and your written plan gives the price within 48 hours. It depends on how many pages a month and whether off-site work is agreed, and on which of our two site builds it runs on. Low-priced plans elsewhere usually cover a fixed count of keywords, not pages written.
- What is SEO for real estate?
- It is making the pages buyers search for, such as a project, a locality, a configuration or a buying question, and keeping them accurate as listings sell and projects move from launch to possession. For property, that also means RERA details on project pages and a plan for sold stock.
- How long does it take to work?
- Honest answer: usually 3 to 6 months before new pages settle, longer in a competitive city. Technical fixes can show sooner. Nobody can promise a date or a position, and we don't. That is why a project runs ads through its launch while its pages build up.
- Has AI replaced SEO? Can an AI assistant do it?
- No. Assistants write their answers from pages, so the work moves towards being the clearest source: short factual answers, schema and facts kept current. A tool can draft text; it cannot know your stock, your localities, your prices or your RERA dates. Keeping those right is the work we do every month.
- Can buyers chat with us on WhatsApp?
- That is the chat add-on we are building for brokers: the same assistant on your site and on your WhatsApp number, answering questions and sending new matches, with your team able to step in. It is in development; your plan says when it can go live for you.
- What does a buyer see after they enquire on a project site?
- On a project website we build, the enquiry opens the project instead of a brochure: the 3D master plan, the floor plans, the location map and the amenity videos. We build these to order; the 3D master plan runs today as a live demo. Buyers can come back any time, and, with their consent, you see what they looked at.
- Do you work on a site you didn't build?
- No. We run SEO only on sites we build, because half of the first month is fixing the site itself, and we can only stand behind that work on code we wrote. If you have a site, your plan says what moving to one of ours costs and what it changes.
- Do I own the pages and the search accounts?
- Yes. The content, the pages, your search accounts and your Google Business Profile are in your name from day one, not ours. The first six months are the commitment; after that, month to month, stop with 30 days' notice. If you stop, everything we wrote stays with you, ready for whoever runs it next.
