Privacy policy

What we collect: Exactly what the form asks for: your name, email and phone number; whether you're a broker, a builder or something else; your message; and the page you sent it from, with any campaign tags already in the link you clicked, so we know which page brought you in. Just browsing the site collects nothing: there is no analytics script watching you read this. One more detail: the form's spam check briefly counts submissions per internet connection to stop bots. That count lives in the server's memory for about a minute and is never stored with your message.

Why we collect it: Two reasons: to answer your enquiry, and to follow up on it. We don't use your details for anything else: no newsletter you didn't ask for, no ad audiences built from your email, no sharing with partners.

Where your data lives: Form submissions are stored in this website's own content system, on a server we operate. A copy of each one is also emailed to our team inbox so a person can reply quickly.

How long we keep it: Until you ask us to delete it. Write to us from the email address you used on the form (our address is on the contact page), and we'll remove the submission and confirm once it's done.

Cookies and analytics: Currently none. We don't run an analytics tool, and the public site sets no tracking cookies. That will probably change: when we add analytics, we'll update this page first and say which tool we use and what it records.

Third parties: The site runs on rented server infrastructure, so our hosting provider physically stores the data, the way any host does. Email notifications travel through our email provider. We never sell, rent or trade your data to anyone.

Your rights: You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. One email does it: no forms, no fee. Indian law, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you these rights and gives us matching duties: collect only what's needed, use it only for the stated purpose, keep it safe, and delete it when the purpose is served.

Governing law: This policy, and how we handle your data, is governed by the laws of India.

Changes to this policy: When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we start collecting something new, analytics being the likely first, we'll say so here before it goes live.
