Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026 · the short, honest rules for using this site.
The rules, in plain words
These are the terms for using this website. They're short, because the site is what it looks like: what we build and run, how we work, and proof from past projects. By using the site, you accept the points below.
This site is information, not a quote: Everything here, from service descriptions to timelines and what each plan includes, exists to help you decide, not to bind either of us. The scope and price of your project are set in a written plan. Where this site and your written plan differ, the plan wins.
Results are project-specific, not promises: Case studies describe what happened on specific projects, with their own budgets, markets and stock. They show what's possible; they don't guarantee your project will match them. We don't guarantee rankings, enquiries or bookings, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
Our content belongs to us: The text, design, brand and creative work on this site belong to Creatisoul. Quote it with a link and we're glad you did. Republishing whole pages, or passing our work off as your own, is not okay.
Client work has its own terms: When you hire us, the work runs on its own contract: scope, fees, timelines, ownership of what we deliver, confidentiality and exit. This page covers only the website. Where a contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.
Links to other websites: Some pages link out to other websites: portals, demos and sources we cite. We link to them because they're useful, not because we vouch for them. What they publish, and what they do with your data, is theirs to answer for.
Accuracy and liability: We keep this site honest and current, and correct mistakes when we find them. Still, it's general information, provided as it is: budgets and timelines shift with the market, so check anything important against your own case before a major decision. We work to keep the site fast and available, but we don't promise uninterrupted access, and content may change, move or be removed as the site grows.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
Changes to these terms: We update these terms when something real changes, and the date at the top moves when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Contact: Questions about these terms: write to us through the contact page.
