A CRM for brokers and channel partners, built around how you sell

The short answer

A real estate CRM keeps every buyer enquiry in one list, from your website, portals, WhatsApp, referrals and calls, and moves each one from first call to site visit to booking, with one agent who owns it and a next step. Ready-made CRMs suit a standard process. We build one to order around yours.

Seven things that go wrong at a broker's desk, and the rule that fixes each

The list is built to keep these rules, so nobody has to remember them.

Questions teams ask

Which CRM is best for real estate in India?
The one your team opens every day. For one or two agents with a standard process, a ready-made real estate CRM is the sensible buy. An agency with its own website, several agents and projects from several builders often outgrows one. That's when a CRM built around its stages pays.
Is there a free CRM for real estate?
Yes. Several ready-made CRMs have free plans for small teams, usually with a limit on users or features. We don't make a free one: we build to order, quoted on the project.
Should we buy a ready-made CRM or have one built?
Buy ready-made if your process is standard, your team is small or you need it this week. Have one built when your stages, sources and people don't fit a vendor's screens, or when per-user fees grow with every hire.
We already have a CRM. Do we need yours?
Probably not. If your team works well in it, keep it; we build the website and its pages alongside it. If enquiries live in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, we build one list shaped to how you sell.
Can portal leads come in automatically?
Usually. Each portal sends leads its own way, by email or by a feed on some packages. We take them the way your portal sends them, and your written plan names which ones. It's built to order.
We're a channel partner. Does it keep the buyers we register?
As a record, yes. The list keeps which buyer you registered with which builder, for which project, and when, and follows each one to the site visit and the booking. The builder's own rules decide the credit.
Is it priced per user?
No. You pay for the build and its monthly care, not for each salesperson you hire. The price is in your written plan.
Who owns the enquiries?
You do. The list and every buyer in it are yours. If you leave, we hand them over.
Does anyone run it today?
Not yet for real estate: the CRM is built to order. The same enquiry system runs today for a client in another industry, with website enquiries and chat in one inbox, calls added by hand, an owner and a next step on each, and logins by role.
