A real estate developer website for one project, built to be found by its own name

The short answer

A real estate developer website here is a site for one project, built before its RERA registration and opened the day the number arrives. It's written so the project's own name finds it in Google and in AI answers, shows the registration on every page, and sends every enquiry to your team.

Search a new project's name. See whose site comes first.

On 22 October 2026 we searched Google India for the names of seven launches from the last year, in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai and Gurugram. The developer's own project page came first for one. For five, the developer's site wasn't in the first ten results.

  • 1 of 7the developer's own page came first
  • 5 of 7the developer's site not in the first ten

One search per name, on one day. We didn't measure why. Before a visit, buyers type the project's name; whoever answers it shapes what they believe.

Built to be the best answer to its own name

One address with the registered facts, instead of many copies with different ones.

Built to order
  1. The name in the address, the title and the opening line of every page
  2. It says whose site it is"The project's own site, by your company", with the registration a tap away, so a buyer can tell it from a look-alike. No developer page we searched did this.
  3. The facts as registered, the same on every pageLand, homes, carpet areas, completion date.
  4. Short answers to what buyers ask nextWritten so AI assistants can quote them, and marked up so search engines read them as facts.
  5. One address everyone links toYour main site, your ads, your partners.

Questions developers ask

What must a real estate project website show under RERA?
A project website counts as an advertisement under RERA, so it must show the project's registration number and the regulator's website address, prominently. Maharashtra's regulator also wants the number, the website address and a readable QR code in the top-right, the number at least as large as the contact details. Other states set their own rules, so check yours.
Will our site come first for the project's name, and how soon?
It's built for that: the name in every title, the registered facts on every page, short answers assistants can quote, one address everyone links to. Nobody can promise a position or a date, and we don't. In our October 2026 search of seven new launches, the developer's own page came first for one.
Can the site go live before registration? Can we share a preview?
No. Nothing about a project is public before its RERA number, phase by phase. We build the site beforehand behind a login, for your team only: no public link, not even an unlisted one. It opens the day the number arrives.
Our project has phases. What does the registered phase's page show?
The registered phase in full, plus the whole site's land area and sanctioned layout as filed. Later phases appear only as an unlabelled outline and one line: "Later phases aren't registered yet." No names, home counts, pictures or prices until each has its own number.
Will the site say when the homes will be ready?
It shows the completion date your RERA registration records, labelled "Completion date in the registration" and linked to it. No "possession by" line and no marketing date. If the registration is extended, the date changes with it.
Can it show which homes are available?
It shows which unit types are sold out: your team marks them in the site's admin, and the page says so instead of hiding them. It doesn't track stock home by home.
Is a page on our main site enough?
It can be. In our search, the one developer page that came first sat on the developer's main site. What matters is one address with the registered facts. We build the project's own site; if your main site already does the job, your written plan will say so.
Who owns the site, the domain and the enquiries?
You do. The domain, the site, its words and pictures, and every enquiry are yours. Enquiries reach your team by email the moment they're sent. If you leave, we hand it all over.
